Advantages:

Чистая, свежая квартира. Новостройка, хорошая детская площадка. Есть фен, утюг. Наличие водонагревателя. Индукционная плита. Стиральная машина. Недалеко есть парк, магазины, пляж Алексино, но пляж такое себе... В целом, проживание пойдёт.

Disadvantages:

Очень мало посуды, для проживания, кастрюль, дуршлаг, салатники... Далеко от центра, от набережной.
