Так же подключен скоростной интернет. Заселение после 14 час. Выезд до 12 час.
Раннее заселение или поздний выезд оговариваются так же заблаговременно.

В квартире не курят! Животных не содержат. Для заселения необходим паспорт. Залог 4000 руб; при выезде возвращается,после проведения уборки и принятия квартиры на предмет целостности и сохранности имущества. Если присутствует запах сигарет (дыма, айкоса и т.п. залог не возвращается).
