Квартира очень чистая, не прокуренная. Свежий ремонт. Новая хорошая мебель. Вся посуда. Встроенная плита. Постельное белье, полотенца, фен, утюг, гладильная доска, СВЧ-печь, холодильник, домофон. Стиральная машина-автомат. Водоснабжение круглосуточно!!! Есть Wi-Fi, цифровое телевидение, сплит система. Для командировочных имеются квитанции. Во дворе можно парковать машину. 6 спальных места (2 кровати и 3-х местный диван). Жилье для проживания сдается от 3 суток.
