Advantages:

В квартире чисто, аккуратно, без изысков. Все в рабочем состоянии, вода была все время. Была возможность заселиться на несколько часов раньше стандартного времени заселения, пошли на встречу без проблем. Спасибо хозяйке. Для любителей вида из окна на море фото прилагается.

Disadvantages:

Квартира на самом деле двухкомнатная + большая кухня.
