Advantages:

Квартира понравилась, соответствует описанию. Рядом магнит, пятерочка, детская площадка.

Disadvantages:

Самый для нас большой минус(так как мы были с маленьким ребёнком), хозяин зная заранее об отключении горячей воды на время нашего пребывания, не сообщил об этом(мы заранее с ним созванивались). Нам пришлось вынужденно заселиться на сутки и искать новое жильё.
