Advantages:

Квартира в новом районе, хорошая площадка-парк возле дома, закрытая территория, рядом гипермаркет лента, до моря далековато, но если на машине, то вполне удобно, правда несколько раз отключали воду и слышны звуки перфоратора, так как дом ещё заселяется, а так вполне всё устроило

Disadvantages:

В ванную комнату можно было бы постелить коврик, а то выходишь из душа и пол очень скользкий, так как плитка
