Advantages:

Плюсы: собственник всегда на связи, заранее и своевременность заселения, близость к морю- пешком минут 5 и ты на набережной. Чистота квартиры, сплит система, наличие питьевой воды в достаточном количестве, туалетной бумаги, чай, кофе, шампунь, гель для душа, одноразовые тапочки и даже маленькие конфетки. Все это приятно удивило, прям как в гостинице. Машину можно поставить как внутри дома во дворе, так и по проспекту. Посуды в достаточном количестве. Минусы: а мы их не нашли. Ну разве что если открываешь окно ночью, то шумно с проспекта, но это уже не от кого не зависит и мы уставали за день так, что ничего не слышали. Рекомендуем и обязательно вернемся снова
