Advantages:

Хорошее расположение. Доброжелательные хозяева, своевременно помогли с заселением. Были на связи во время всего отдыха. Очень близко до центра.

Disadvantages:

Грязно по углам. В стиральной машине нашли вещи других жильцов. В квартире есть потертости и поломки. Также нет сушилки.

Advantages:

Квартира соответствует описанию, до пляжа Нептун 5 минут пешком, не далеко есть не плохая столовая, ресторан и Магнит, хорошие хозяева все возникшие вопросы решали оперативно, вода была постоянно

Disadvantages:

Нет wifi, но его нет в описании и пару раз бывало не хватило давления чтобы зажглась колонка
