Advantages:

Просторная студия, находится в трёхэтажном доме. Свежий ремонт, всё необходимое в наличии. Удобная кровать + диван. Своя парковка во дворе. На территории есть беседки, места отдыха, есть тренажёрный зал. Даже жаль, что была только проездом.

Disadvantages:

Для полного счастья мне не хватило лишь тряпочки на кухне и кухонного полотенца.
