Advantages:

Дом расположен в глубине двора, вдали от улицы, по которой ездят машины, до музея (корабля) и причала с морскими прогулками 20 минут пешком. Андрей разрешил заселиться на час раньше и выехать на час позже.

Disadvantages:

1) не работал смыв в унитазе 2) смутило неглаженное постельное бельё.
