Advantages:

Понравилось расположение. Хорошая обзорность. Много света в квартире. Набор посуды и столовых приборов. Отличная мультимедиа. Оплаченный кинотеатр. Приятный уголок отдыха на балконе. Постельное белье пахнет свежим

Disadvantages:

Надо проверить сливы в душе
