В шаговой доступности круглосуточный гипермаркет «Лента», спортзал, кафе, магазины, остановки общественного транспорта. Во дворе детская площадка. Пляж «Алексино» в пешей доступности.
Заезд с 14:00. Выезд до 12:00.
Ранний заезд/поздний выезд по запросу. Возможно дистанционное заселение в любое время суток.
Запрещены:
- Курение;
- Шумные вечеринки.
При заселении необходимо внести страховой депозит (залог). Он будет возвращен в день выезда после уборки.
При выявлении нарушений — выселение без возвращения оплаты проживания и залога.
