Advantages:

Хороша, уютная квартира. Имеется все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Парковка во дворе, лучше парковаться в первой половине дня, к вечеру свободных мест практически не остаётся. В шаговой доступности аптеки, магазины, кафе, остановки общественного транспорта. Гостеприимная и радушная хозяйка.

Disadvantages:

Из минусов: отключали холодную воду в течении дня. Но это претензия не к собственнику, а к УК, которая должна делать резерв воды. Кроме того, в этом году очень жаркое лето с повышенной пожароопасностью, возможно из-за этого были отключения.
