Advantages:

Понравилось всё. Расположение удобное-до пляжа по прямой на машине 8 минут, до набережной в другую сторону примерно столько же. Прекрасный вид, показывают красивый рассвет) самое главное преимущество - подземная парковка, садиться с утра в прохладную машину - одно удовольствие, так же как и разгружаться и загружаться.
