Сдам квартиру посуточно, просторная, расположена в Южном районе города, до моря пешком 20-30 минут, на машине 10 мин. Рядом есть магазины пятёрочка, магнит, южный рынок, бильярдный клуб, остановка общественного транспорта 5 мин пешком.
В квартире есть все для уютного проживания, постельное белье, полотенце, телевизор, стиральная машина, плита, микроволновка, чайник, кондиционер.
Курить в квартире строго запрещено!!! (залог не возвращается).
Не для вечеринок!

Спальных мест - 3-4 , 1 двуспальная, 1 односпальная (диван-кровать) и кровать-раскладушка на 1 человека.

Залог - 2000 руб, (возвращается при выезде в случае соблюдения всех правил проживания, проверки состояния квартиры и сдачи ключей)

Заселение - после 14:00
Выезд - до 12:00
Строго по паспорту.
Условия раннего заселения и позднего выезда оговариваются индивидуально, при возможности.
