Но если вдруг случится какая-то авария, то у нас есть водонагреватель)

В квартире имеется вся бытовая техника:
Кондиционер, стиральная машина, плита с духовкой, микроволновка, холодильник, гладильная доска с утюгом. Есть вся необходимая посуда, даже с запасом.
Полноценная двуспальная кровать+ диван, который раскладывается в спальное место 160*200

Большой балкон в квартире с хорошим видом на город, а с общего балкона(вне квартиры) видна Красная площадь и море. Во дворе есть магазины, аптека, ресторан, детская площадка, большая парковка. До остановки общественного транспорта 2 минуты

Постельное белье и полотенца выдаются по количеству проживающих. Залог возвращается при выселении. Есть возможность предоставление документов командировочным.
