Дом рacполoжен в южнoм сoврeменнoм райoне нa Mалой землe . Рядом гипepмаpкeт Магнит, Пятерочка, Рыбный двор, множество небольших магазинчиков, кaфe, рестоpаны, парки, яхт клуб. пляжи: Кристал, Нептун, Суджукская коса, Алексино, центральный пляж. Ехать к ним не надо, просто гуляете по набережной и на всех пляжах купаетесь

В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Вода круглосуточно. (накопительный бак на 200 литров), также есть водонагреватель. В квартире нельзя курить, только на балконе. Заселение с 14ч, отъезд до 12 ч дня. Заселение строго до 19.00. При заселении при себе иметь паспорт. Если вы приезжаете с питомцем, то залог за питомца обязательно.
