Advantages:

Проживали в начале августа.Фото соответствует действительности.Очень чистая квартира.Нам очень понравилось.В квартире есть всё необходимое.Недалеко отличная столовая.И главное квартира расположена так что в ней не жарко даже без кондиционера,хотя кондиционеры есть (в гостиной и на кухне).
