Любителям выпить не беспокоить!!! Не для вечеринок! Соблюдается закон тишины с 23:00 до 06:00.
Закрытая территория. Парковка. Дом расположен в тупике. Чистый горный воздух, тишина. Вид на горы.
Вода холодная и горячая. Установлена система очистки, умягчения воды.
Постельное бельё, полотенца в наличии, а также необходимая посуда.
Услуги по стирке оплачиваются отдельно.
До маршрутной остановки 5 минут спокойным шагом. Рядом три продуктовых магазина, недалеко гипермаркеты «Пятерочка», «Магнит» и «Лента».
До центра города на машине около 8 минут.
От дома до пляжа в «Южной Озереевке» (чистое открытое море) примерно 15 минут на машине. До городского пляжа примерно 15 минут, до пляжа «Суджукская коса» примерно 20 минут.
При необходимости встречаем на ж/д/авиа/автовокзалах (Новороссийск (500 р.), Анапа (2500 р.) и провожаем.
«Расчётный час» 12:00.
Курение только в специально отведенном месте.
