До моря ехать на машине; Мысхако 5 минут, Алексино 5 минут, Суджукская коса 7 минут!!! Пешком дойдете до Мысхако либо Алексино за 25 минут!

В квартире есть 2 смарт тв, холодильник, стиральная и посудомоечная машины, фен, утюг, микроволновка. Матрасы Аскона!!! Вид из окна на Море! Так как квартира новая , может заехать 5 человек, но пока мы ждем кресло кровать - предоставим раскладушку .

Рядом с нашим Жк все магазины в 5 ти минутах ходьбы , Лента, Табрис, Магнит, Пятерочка и тд
Рядом остановка 22 маршрутки, которая идет до мысхако . И соответственно в город, можно доехать на набережной прогуляться !
