Advantages:

Наличие холодной и горячей воды-без перебоев. Лифты работали всегда. Наличие стиральной машины. Полноценный холодильник. Конечно же наличие кондиционера. Две сушилки для белья на лоджии. В общем проживанием остались довольны!

Disadvantages:

Не помешала бы вторая кастрюля, как уже ранее кто-то писал.

Advantages:

Место расположения. Вид из окна. Наличие рядом магазинов продуктов. Море в пешей доступности. Остановка общественного транспорта рядом.
