В квартире есть всё необходимое: посуда, плита, холодильник с морозкой, стиральная машина, кондиционер, телевизор. Уютно, спокойно. На первом этаже есть оборудованный спортивный зал, там же утюг. Хороший напор воды, в т. ч. и горячей. Стабильный wi-fi. Электричество не отключалось. Насекомые отсутствуют. Во дворе большая автостоянка. Общее впечатление очень хорошее.

Disadvantages:

Далеко от моря.

Advantages:

Очень приятная, светлая и просторная квартира, за счёт того что есть 2 окна с очень красивым видом. Удобная кровать. Чисто. Есть место для парковки. Бесконтактное заселение, что для нас, заезжающих ночью, очень удобно! Рекомендую!
