Advantages:

Жили на минус первом,прохлада всегда,летом отлично.Пол холодноватый,берите тапочки.Апартаменты очень милые,уютные,все есть для комфортного прибывания.До моря минут 5-7 .Из минусов выезд в 10.Когда попросили выезд в 12,выставили почасовую оплату,хотя номер следующие сутки точно не заселялся.
