Advantages:

Удобно добираться напрямую с ЖД вокзала, есть рядом необходимая инфраструктура. Также рядом пляж на котором можно искупаться. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить хозяев, дали возможность раньше заселиться и позже съехать. Что касается жилья, все достойно.
