Гора покрыта лиственным лесом и можжевельником, вокруг дома фруктовый сад. У дома имеется терраса с видом на море для вечернего чаепития. Вход в гостевую комнату отдельный, с парковкой для машины. Рядом с домом лабиринт. Вид на море, восход солнца, горы с двух сторон.
