Чистый пляж со всеми морскими развлечениями в пешей доступности. Спокойный семейный отдых вблизи с историческими достопримечательностями и природными объектами: малая земля, колодец жизни, водопады, горы, конные и морские прогулки.

Сдаём отдельный этаж в коттедже(в 10 минутах ходьбы от моря).
Свой отдельный дворик. Парковка у дома (на улице), видеонаблюдение.

Инфраструктура (магазины, кафе, рестораны, аптеки, банк, общественный транспорт) — всё в пешей доступности.
Куда поехать погулять: центр Новороссийска — 10 минут на машине. Кабардинка, старый парк — 30 минут. Геленджик — 40 минут. Абрау-Дюрсо — 20 минут. Шато пино - винодельня и улиточная ферма - 10 минут.
