Advantages:

Все понравилось, расположение отличное, рядом масса магазинов, винодельня, море.

Disadvantages:

Но есть огромное "но". Присутствие неприятный запах, который мы чувствовали на протяжении всего времени. В течение следующего дня, присоединился ещё и запах газа! Очевидно в доме неправильно сделана вентиляция! И подход к двери не имеет никаких ступенек, для пожилых людей это доставит большое неудобство. Рекомендуем собственнику решить проблему с вытяжкой и ступеньками, и будет идеально!
